The Hog
Albion Farm Hog Roast Catering Service
Albion Farm's Free Range Hog Roast is an extremely unique and enjoyable
experience to accompany any event. The Hog will roast for an appropriate period
of time so the meat is perfectly tender and succulent, the cracklin' lovely and
crisp. It is a brilliant accompaniment to any wedding, reception, party or
festival (no matter how large or small) and the irresistible Hog Roast aroma
will awaken the taste buds of anyone. The machine itself is a brilliantly
designed gas roasting machine which allows us to leave the Hog roasting on
view until approximately 30 minutes before serving. The Hog is then raised and
carved.
The Hog Roast is accompanied on a fresh white muffin with delicious stuffing and
bramley apple sauce which has all been home-made on the farm and is equally as
important to the Hog in our eyes.
We also have a number of Salad and dessert options, including a light red berry
cheesecake and a chocolate roulade.

Bavarian Hog Roasts
There is also a Bavarian Band which goes perfectly with our Hog Roast. This is a
package we will be having ourselves at the shop on the evening of Saturday the
19th of December – a Christmas Bavarian! Both the Band (which includes members
of the famous Fairey Brass Band) and Hog Roasting staff will be dressed in the
appropriate Bavarian Costumes.
