Store Policies
Your statutory rights are not affected by any of the following store policies.
Ordering Online Ordering online with us is safe and secure. We employ a method
of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card
information. This online system is 100% secure. We encourage you to feel
comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish,
you may also send us a cheque, but this will delay your order as we must wait
for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.
Return / Refund Policy
If the goods do not arrive in an acceptable condition and you inform us
immediately, we will arrange to collect them (the whole order) and give a full
refund or exchange. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in
their original packing. Please contact immediately if your goods do not arrive
in a satisfactory condition, so we can arrange for their collection.
You as the shopper have the right to cancel your order within seven days of
placing your order or within seven days of receiving your goods (which ever is
the longer). If you do cancel you order and return your goods then your payment
will be returned.
Prices
Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer
places the order and are exclusive of VAT (where applicable). Due to the nature
of the product it is impossible to ship the precise amount. We will use
reasonable endeavours to make the weight within 5% of that requested and will
adjust your payment accordingly. We will call you in the event of any excessive
price difference. We will only debit your card at the time of shipment. Prices
are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders
will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any
unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to
reconsider your order before proceeding.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order please notify us by 2pm on the Monday before
your order is due to be despatched.
Complaints
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by
phone,fax,e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply
within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially, and
effectively.
