Recipes - Spaghetti Bolognaise

Ingredients
You will need:
1 small onion
400g minced beef (our own)
4 tomatos
2 tbsp tomato purée
Small quantity of fresh herbs - basil, parsley, thyme
2 tbsp water
2 tsp olive oil
200g spaghetti
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan. Chop the onion
and fry in the oil until just turning brown. Then add the minced
beef and fry until brown. Chop the tomatos and
add them to the pan, along with the tomato purée and the
water. Stir and then turn the heat down to simmer for 30
minutes. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in boiling water
for approximately 10 minutes. Add the fresh herbs to the
meat for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
